She pleased that uncle who adviced a lot,
She pleased that aunt who always had a say.
She pleased the neighbours who shook their heads,
She pleased every ‘him’ and ‘her’ she met.
Everyone applauded, nodding their heads,
She did a curtsy and looked up smiling.
But all had vanished, she knows not where,
She searched awhile, entirely lost.
Her eyes finally fell on her life,
Oh boy, she wasn’t pleased at all!

Super. There is always a limit to how much you can please. Eventually there will be someone who isn’t. But most important thing of all is to please on self. I guess the person here failed to do so. Keep up the good work. 😀

Thank you! 😊 Everyone forgets about themselves in a race to please everyone. These people come & go, but we’ll be the ones who has to live our life, whatever state it is in.
